Remodeling a kitchen is a great way to add value to your home or create family memories that last a lifetime. Whether your Kitchen is from the 40's up to the 2000's we can design something you will love for years to come. As with all renovations, starting with a great design is imperative. Designed wrong, the client is stuck with something they don't like for years to come.
The next component of Kitchen remodels is the quality of the work. We have fixed quite a few Kitchens that were designed wrong or had work that wasn't up to par.
Kitchen remodels are a challenge. Fequently, you are working with existing space and you need a mastery of multiple trades like Demolition, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall and Tilework to complete a renovation. To avoid a short coming in one skillset, some companies use sub contractors to complete the work. Unfortunately, by trying to fix one problem, they cause a few more. Frequently, the client has to wait for one trade to finish and another to come in. This can add weeks to the completion timeline and leaves the homeowner with the inconvenience of living in a construction zone. If one of the trades makes an error, they will frequently point the finger at the other trades creating a "blame circle" leaving the homeowner frustrated and unhappy and stuck with the problem.
Our process is simple: We start with asking a ton of questions and design with beauty and function in mind. We can use finishes the homeowner picks out or help the homeowner pick out the finishes. Once hired, we bring in tarps and plastic to control the dust and make sure the home owner isn't living in a dust cloud. We handle all the details and problems associated with a kitchen remodel. When finished we do a final walkthrough and make sure the client is totally satisfied. If there is a problem after completion, we come out and fix it right away. There is no leaving multiple messages without a call back, we leave that to other contractors.
