About Us

Based out of Royersford Pennsylvania, Cobblepot Services started out as a real estate investment company specializing in flipping houses and rentals.  During this time they would occasionally work for home owners and In 2019 they started working for the home owner on a larger scale. Their goal is simple - do quality work and make the process easy for the home owner.

Earl Sheeley - Owner

Earl Sheeley is the owner of Cobblepot Services.  His background is unique which enables him to implement superior design and quality work along with creating unique solutions to problems. After studying Civil Engineering at Villanova University and a short stint at a top 20 engineering firm, he did a 180 degree turn and went to work in the graphic arts industry. This invaluable experience has been integral in learning art and design.  He eventually ran the company while he worked with professional artists, and graphic designers.   Having a passion for real estate and construction, he co-started a private lending firm that specialized in real estate flip loans. During this time he started honing his construction skills on rental properties and side projects.  After leaving the real estate lending business, he went full time into the real estate investment industry.  His flips have consistently broken price barriers because of their superior design and quality workmanship.

Carson Sheeley - Carpenter

Carson Sheeley aka "Junior" is the future of Cobblepot Services. By working with his father on occasional weekends in high school,  Carson was already developing some construction skills when he graduated high school. After graduation, he went to work at the Tague Lumber Door Factory where he learned production and added to his carpentry skills. With a desire to learn more about construction, he decided to attend Thaddeus Stevens in Lancaster where he majored in Home Remodeling. This invaluable experience taught him all facets of construction. Upon gradation, he came to work at Cobblepot Services. With an intense work ethic and a desire to learn, his skill set has grown at a meteoric rate.  His carpentry skills have grown so much that he is already more skilled than guys in their mid thirties and forties while he is still in his early 20's.
